Modern autopilot is not as simple as autopilots 50 years ago. Modern systems control a lot of phases of flight and do a lot of work instead of human, that is why they are very deep integrated in airplane avionics system. A panel that contains most important autopilot controls called FCU (flight control unit).
Landing gear handle is a control for putting retractable gear up or down. Handle also has tire shape, becasue of ergonomics. For many years now certain control levers in planes have been shaped according to their function so you can tell the difference without looking. Also, usually landing gear indication (green and red) is placed near the handle.
Radio stack is set of controls related to radio equipment. This includes radi chatter frequency control (COM), navigation control (NAV, ADF) and other switches controling what is translated to cockpit speakers - markers, beacons, DME, etc.
Lights panel is a block of switches that control external aircraft lights - landing lights, nav lights, strobes, logo, etc.
